Understand the building first<\/h2>\n

Fa\u00e7ade materials, height, geometry and condition all influence the approach to exterior cleaning. Gather available drawings, photographs and access information before discussing the work.<\/p>\n

Assess access and surroundings<\/h2>\n

An access method must suit the task and the actual site. Consider surrounding walkways, entrances, neighbouring activity and any restrictions on the working area. Final arrangements should follow a site assessment.<\/p>\n

Coordinate the working window<\/h2>\n

Discuss the timing with the people managing the building. Occupant needs, public access, weather conditions and operational requirements can all affect when work can proceed.<\/p>\n
