A considered approach
to rope access.
Some building surfaces and components are difficult to reach through conventional access. CCS considers rope access as part of a site-specific solution for cleaning, maintenance and repairs, with planning shaped by the task and the structure.
Whether your requirement is a defined task or an ongoing programme, we start by understanding the property and its operating priorities. Your proposal sets out the agreed work, responsibilities and visit arrangements so you know what to expect.
What the service can include
- High-level cleaning
- Cladding maintenance and repairs
- High-level lighting maintenance
- High-level electrical maintenance
Where it fits
High-rise buildings and structures with difficult access. Suitability and the final delivery method are confirmed for the individual site.
Before we begin
The site assessment considers anchor arrangements, access routes, exclusion areas and emergency planning. Competency and equipment requirements are confirmed for each scope.
From assessment to handover
We review your requirements, assess access and site conditions, then agree the service plan. Delivery follows that defined scope, with a review of completed work and any recommendations for follow-up.
Where the task requires specialist approvals, materials or additional works, these are discussed and agreed as part of the proposal.
